Technical UI/UX Developer

Your Responsibilities

UI/UX Development:

Design and implement user interface elements in our Unreal Engine-built experiences, prioritizing usability, aesthetics, and engagement.
Leverage technical proficiency in Unreal Engine to bring creative visions to life, ensuring the seamless integration of UI elements into the overall digital experiences.

Collaborative Design:

Foster close collaboration with development and design teams to establish and maintain a cohesive visual style and user experience across all projects.
Work as an integral part of cross-functional teams, contributing to the collective vision and ensuring that UI/UX designs align harmoniously with the overarching goals of each project.

User Testing and Feedback:

Conduct thorough user testing to gather valuable feedback on UI/UX designs, aiming to enhance usability and overall customer satisfaction.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, employing an iterative approach that prioritizes continuous improvement and refinement of the digital experiences.

Technical Proficiency:

Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies within Unreal Engine, incorporating innovative design approaches to deliver high-quality and cutting-edge user interfaces.
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by implementing best practices and ensuring that UI/UX designs meet the highest standards of performance and visual appeal.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly within Unreal Engine.
Excelled proficiency with Unreal's Blueprint system, including creating blueprints and editing existing blueprints to fit client parameters.
Knowledge of Unreal's Motion Graphics UI Designer (UMG) and experiencing implementing it into Unreal scenes.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, with a focus on gaming or interactive media.
Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on positive, effective interactions and a proactive approach to seeking and utilizing peer feedback.
Strong teamwork abilities, coupled with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated capacity for creative, strategic, and analytical thinking.
