Overview

Aireal is the original geospatial augmented reality (AR) platform that focuses on the intentionality of experiences that change how one interacts with their existing environment. Aireal has been awarded seven global patents with an additional six pending pertaining to proprietary technology that empowers a person to experience and customize a property at scale before ever breaking ground. Since introducing the AR technology known as ARchitect, Aireal has created additional immersive mediums, including RealityVUE, the web-embeddable visual user experience. All technology released by Aireal is intended to streamline the customer buying journey and improve customer sentiment by instilling confidence in the buyer through visualizing expectations.

Aireal offers two ways of experiencing: RealityVUE & ARchitect.
RealityVUE is desktop & browser based, while ARchitect is a geospatial augmented reality platform designed for mobile devices.

The community experience allows users to see all the information about the lot and home. This includes lot availability, information about the floor plan, and options to swap orientation of garages.

Auto Rendered Videos
Aireal's experience exceeds expectations by providing a real-time 3D environment on your device that outperforms most static renderings. In our experience, we allow you to capture your entire space to share with others. This includes auto rendered videos based on camera moves pre-selected.

Aireal has made realism a top priority in the overall experience offered. As a result, our experiences provide the perception that digital content is part of reality.

Enviornment
Aireal can take in local weather data and can simulate the real-time weather into the environment. We also give the user an experience so realistic that we even simulate wind and tree movement. Aireal's TruLight accurately shows the fusion of artificial and natural light within a space to ensure the future space meets the design intention. TruPaint allows you to preview paint color in any environment and see how it is affected by TruLight.

For many, looking at floor plans does not offer any benefit in understanding a future environment. In addition to walkability, Aireal offers a Dollhouse View that brings a floor plan to life right on a tabletop.

The Embeddable Visual User Experience by Aireal
No App. No Problem. For the first time, Aireal is bringing game-console-quality graphics embedded directly in a website — without any additional hardware and no app downloads. RealityVUE was purpose-built to allow anyone to explore and engage with an entire community, inside and out, right from their browser.
The experience below allows you to tour the community of Bridgewater in Princeton, TX. The RealityVue example will allow you to see the quality of our real-time graphics embedded directly in a website with interactivity.

We’ve committed to doing 20 of the floor plans that they intend to sell over the course of the development. We will be providing them with a white-label AR application, along with some still and video renders, that allows buyers to experience the home before purchasing.
