Account Manager

Aireal is seeking high-performing candidates for the role of Account Manager. This role will be focused on managing and growing the overall relationship with senior-level decision-makers and influencers at assigned clients to create customer loyalty, increase revenues and ensure that Aireal delivers the best customer experience. Candidates should have strong relationship management skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and relevant industry experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
  • Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Oversee customer relationship management system.
  • Independently manages strategic client relationships.
  • Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to update clients on progress and goal achievement.
  • Build effective business relationships that allow you to influence and drive results.
  • Knowledgeable of client business, industry, benchmarks, and market insights.
  • Displays organizational savvy and understands how to get things done through all channels and partnerships.
  • Delivers high-impact updates to key stakeholders that drive alignment and clarity.
  • The ability to handle the dynamic of a startup environment while maintaining successful relationships.
  • Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with difficult or complex situations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and embrace change 
  • Natural born connector that has the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Enterprise account sales/management or similar industry experience
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone communication skills
  • Uses strategic thinking to solve complex problems independently
  • Understand how to prioritize responsibilities to have the most significant impact on results
  • Experience with a client relationship management system
  • Passion for client service and client impact
  • Passion for getting to know people
  • High-level of enthusiasm and excitement when communicating
  • Track record of developing high impact senior relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to function successfully as an individual contributor

Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of the Real Estate Development industry
  • Familiarity with promoting technology solutions
  • Strong professional services sales management knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage a pre-existing network of clients or contacts in the marketplace
  • Strong background in crafting and delivering proposals
