Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of social media strategies that reflect the brand's identity and business objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will assist in launching our brand in the digital realm, help shape its identity, and engage with our online community to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and designers to establish the brand on various social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Help develop, implement, and oversee social media plans across these platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually attractive and consistent content.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on these insights.

Creative Sourcing:

  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with creative professionals like photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to create engaging content.
  • Support the conceptualization and implementation of creative campaigns that appeal to our target demographic and reflect the brand's values.
  • Maintain a content calendar to manage a regular posting schedule and ensure it aligns with broader marketing strategies and events.

Community Engagement:

  • Contribute to substantial growth and engagement on all social media channels, aiming to meet or exceed specific team goals and KPIs.
  • Help organize and execute social media campaigns, competitions, and other participatory activities to enhance user interaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • Foster active engagement and ongoing dialogue on social media by sharing relevant and informative content that continues to attract our dedicated followers.

Collaboration:

  • Liaise with Marketing, Design, and Partnership teams to deliver a unified brand message and leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Support in managing our business partnerships through social media efforts and collaborative projects.

Paid Advertising:

  • Assist in managing and refining paid social media campaigns, including overseeing budgets, targeting, and creative inputs.

Market Awareness:

  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, updates on social media platforms, and new technologies to continuously enhance our social media outreach.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a lifestyle or design-centric brand.
  • Not required, but preferred experience in an agency setting
  • Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
  • Portfolio or case studies of previous work
  • Must be located in the US
Salary Expectations

The base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000, depending on working experience. There also is a performance bonus structure included in your compensation package.
